Handsome Cooper an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund him critical medical care for his severe worms, bloodwork, x-rays, and special medications. He is feeling so much better and loves to go on long walks with his new loving forever Mom.
