Handsome Cooper an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded his critical medical care for his severe worms, bloodwork, x- rays, and special medications. He is doing well and is the best couch cuddle in his wonderful new forever home.
