Dillon at Utah Friends of The Basset Hound, is so tail wagging happy , as he is feeling much better, thanks to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped fund medical care and treatment support for pups, like Dillon. It has helped ensure that they get a second chance at life and adopted into a new loving homes.
