Duncan an orphaned Sea Lion pup in ICU at Pacific Marine Mammal Center sends a big thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his round the clock ICU medical care and extensive treatment support. He is improving daily and so grateful to now have a second chance at life. He hopes to be released from the ICU nursery and go to fish school very soon. And to be released back into the wild his ocean forever home soon.
