Adorable Elmer an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue are so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund him medical care and special treatment support. He is doing great and loves to go on fun hikes with his new loving forever family.
