Adorable Bilbo an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded his critical ear infections, malnutrition, x- rays, dehydration, and special medications. He is doing well and is the biggest sofa hog in his new loving forever home.
