Adorable Elwood an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his critical medical care and extensive treatment support. He is feeling so much better and is the biggest couch cuddle in his new forever home.
