Harbor Seal Pup

This harbor seal pup, at Northcoast Marine Mammal Care Center, sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund round the clock medical care, and special treatment support. He is improving daily, and hopes to be released back into the wild ocean forever home soon.
