Handsome Herbert an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded his critical medical care for his severe worms, bloodwork, dehydration, x- rays, and special medications. He is feeling so much better and loves his new loving forever family.
