Adorable Howard an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded his critical medical care for his ear infection, special foot treatment, x-rays, bloodwork, and medications. He is doing well and loves hog the entire sofa while watching TV with his new loving forever family.
