Adorable Howard an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded his critical medical care for his severe worms, skin condition, malnutrition, bloodwork, x- rays, and special medications. He is feeling so much better and is the biggest cuddle love bug in his new wonderful forever home.
