Howard, an orphaned Elephant Seal pup at Marine Marine Mammal Care Center of Los Angeles sends a big whisker thank-you the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his medical care and extensive treatment support. He is doing very well and dreams of be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
