Jinx, an orphaned Northern Fur Seal pup at Pacific Marine Mammal Center, sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund his round the clock life saving medical care, and special treatment support. He is improving, and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
