Marley an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at Pacific Marine Mammal Center sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his critical medical care and extensive treatment support. He is recovering very well, and hopes to be released back into the wild his ocean forever home very soon.
