Marty, an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at SR3 , sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund his round the clock critical medical care and special treatment support. He hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
