Adorable Marty at Colorado Puppy Rescue , is so tail wagging happy that he is feeling better, thanks to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation funded his urgent medical care for his severe ear infection, and dehydration. He is so grateful and loves his new forever home.
