Sweet Mocha sends a big, tail-wagging thank you to Cindy A. Lee. Mocha, a homeless dog, was transferred to HSBV from New Mexico with her litter of newborn puppies. Suffering from a painful, severe injury to her hip, Mocha was unable to use her leg and needed help fast. The Wags and Menace Make a Difference Foundation funded her emergency hospitalization, critical diagnostics, femoral head osteotomy (FHO) surgery to restore mobility to her hip, special medication, and extensive post-operative care. Feeling much better, Mocha and her puppies found their second chance at life in a foster home and now our adoption center! Thank you, Cindy and the Wags and Menace Make a Difference Foundation, for saving her life!
