Oreo an orphaned Harbor Seal pup, is responding well to his medical treatments at North coast Marine Mammal Center. He is so grateful to the medical partnership with the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. It has helped so many hospital patients like Oreo, with medical rehabilitation, and to be released back into the wild where they belong.
