This orphaned Harbor Seal pup at SR3 rescue , sends a big whisker thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation helped fund her round the clock critical medical care and special treatment support. She is improving and hopes to be released back into the wild, her ocean forever home very soon.
