Otis is improving daily at SR3. He is so grateful to The Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his ICU medical care/ treatment support. It will help ensure that Otis, and many other marine patients, get a second chance on life. And can be released back into the wild where they belong.
