This orphaned River Otter pup at ARC for Wildlife, is extremely grateful to be alive, thanks to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. For many years, the foundation partnership has helped fund, life saving supplies, nutritious milk bottle supplement formula, and medical support. It is to help ensure that many wildlife babies get a second chance at life , and be released back into the wild, where they belong.
