Handsome Rosco an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund him critical medical care. He is feeling so much better and loves to go on long walks with his new loving forever home.
