Adorable Scarlet an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund her critical medical care for her severe worms, skin condition, bloodwork, x-rays, and extensive medications. She is feeling so much better and is the biggest snuggle bug in her new loving forever home.
