Sweet Farley a homeless pup at Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue sends a big tail wagging thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped him and many of his fuzzy friends receive medical care and support to help ensure they have second chance at life and get adopted into new special forever homes.
