Scoobie an orphaned Northern Fur Seal at Pacific Marine Mammal Center sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his critical ICU medical care and extensive treatment support. He is so grateful to now have a second chance at life.
