Scotty, an orphaned Seal at SR3, is in excellent care at SR3. He is grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his urgent medical care for his severe eye infection and malnutrition. He hopes he can be released back into the wild his forever home very soon.
