Sneakers and Lulu orphaned Harbor Seal pups at Northcoast Marine Mammal Center send a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund their critical medical care and extensive treatment support. They are both so grateful to now have a second chance at life.
