Spencer at Delta Humane Society of Louisiana, sends a big life saving thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. They funded a truckload of emergency food and other support. The nutritious food/supplies will help get them healthy and well, so they are able to be adopted very soon.
