Adorable Theodore an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his critical medical care for his severe ear infections, worms, skin condition, bloodwork, x- rays, and special medications. He is doing well and loves to pull all the clothes out of the laundry basket and drag them around, all day in his new loving forever home.
