Adorable Tulip at Cheyenne Animal Shelter, is feeling so much better thanks to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation funded her urgent medical care for, her severe upper respiratory infection, blood work, and dehydration. She is extremely grateful to now have a second chance at life.
