Walter an orphaned pup is so grateful to be alive thanks to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation funded his life saving orthopedic leg surgery, x-rays, blood work, and long term treatment. He is happy to report that he has made a full recovery and doing well in his new loving forever home.
