Adorable Wilbur an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his critical medical care and special treatment support. He is doing well and is the biggest love bug in his new forever home.
