Beautiful Winnie at Journey Home Animal Care Center sends a big tail wagging thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, emergency medical fund. The foundation has helped her and many of her fuzzy friends receive life saving medical care and support to help ensure they have second chance at life and get adopted into new forever homes.
