Zaca, an orphaned Sea Lion pup at Northcoast Marine Mammal Center, sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation helped fund his critical medical care and extensive support. He is so grateful to have a second chance on life , and dreams of being released back into the wild, his ocean forever home soon.
