Tracy and Hepburn , are responding well to their medical treatments, at Marine Mammal Care Center of Los Angeles. For many years, the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, has helped fund them with extensive life saving medical care, and treatment support. Sea lions have external ear flaps. And their rear flippers can rotate under their body, and use them along with front flippers, to walk on land.
