Roxane, an orphaned Sea Lion pup, is receiving excellent medical care at Pacific Marine Mammal Center. For many years, The Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation has helped fund them with, new medial equipment, life saving medical care, and emergency supplies. It will help ensure that many marine hospital patients, like Roxanne, get a second chance at life. And be released back into the wild, their ocean forever home.
