Bagel and Pepper orphaned Sea Lion Seal pups at Marine Mammal Care Center send a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund their critical ICU medical care and extensive treatment support. She is so grateful to now have a second chance at life.
