Adorable Charlotte an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund her critical medical care for her severe infection, worms, bloodwork, x- rays, and special medical treatment. She is feeling so much better and is the best couch cuddle in her new loving forever home.
