Herbie an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at Pacific Marine Mammal Center sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his special medical care and treatment support. He is doing well and hopes to graduate to fish school very soon. He is so grateful to now have a second chance at life.
