This Northern Pygmy Eared Owl at Sarvey Wildlife Care Center is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation has helped him and many of his feathered friends receive life saving medical care and support to help ensure they have second chance at life and be released back into the wild forever home very soon.
