Rotelle, an orphaned Elephant Seal pup at Marine Mammal Care Center of Los Angeles, sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund his critical medical care and extensive support. He is so grateful to have a second chance on life , and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
