Scallop, an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at SR3, sends a big flipper thank-you to, the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation Medical Fund. The foundation has helped save many marine patients like her, with helping fund life saving medical care, and emergency supplies. It will help ensure they have a fighting chance at life, and be released back into the ocean their forever home.
