Tapioca an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at Northcoast Marine Mammal Center sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund her ICU life saving critical medical care and extensive treatment support. She is doing well and hopes to be released back into the wild, her ocean forever home very soon.
