Adorable Tulip an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue are so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. the foundation helped fund her medical care for her severe worms, blood work, skin condition, ear infection, and special treatment support. She is thrilled to report , that she is feeling so much better and is the best couch cuddle in her new forever home.
