Tulip and Oliver, at Sea Lion pup at Marine Mammal Care Center Los Angeles, sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund round the clock medical care , and special treatment support. They are improving daily, and hope to be released back into the wild ocean forever home soon.
