This orphaned Sea Lion at Channel Islands Marine Wildlife Institute , sends a huge thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund his critical medical care , and treatment support. He is doing well and hopes to be released back into the wild, their ocean forever home very soon.
